Cervical Screening – Lesbians Included!

Did you know that 40.5% of lesbian and bisexual women have been wrongly told that they didn’t need a cervical screening test? Due to the success of a North West based campaign the LGF ran last year they are rolling out the campaign across England. The aim of this campaign is to save lives through raising awareness. Cervical screening saves 4,500 lives each year so please check out the information on their website. The campaign marks the first national campaign for lesbian and bisexual women of this scale.
