Chemsex Questionnaire

Dr Katherine Gilmore is a Community Sexual and Reproductive Health registrar at the New Croft Centre for sexual health. She is collecting information from questionnaires in order to get a picture of the “chemsex” scene in the North East. The survey is very short and completely anonymous and should take less than 5 minutes to complete. This information will be used for audit purposes to try and help to improve local services and provide advice and support. Please help by answering as many questions as possible.
