At MESMAC/SHINE we all work for Newcastle City Council. As part of our work for the council we use an online recording system called “Care First”, which is used by City Council Support Workers and Social services across the city.
Information held on this system is only for people to access who have active involvement with your care.
This system is monitored by a team and is also password protected.

Making A Complaint
There are a number of ways you can make a complaint if you are not happy with the service you have received at MESMAC.
You can complain in person, by phone, by letter or form, by email or online.
