Free Confidence Building Courses for the 50+

The EngAge team at Age UK County Durham are offering free confidence building training to all aged 50+ living in County Durham. Would you like to join in? Would you like them to bring the training to your area? Does your organisation want its own training course? AgeUK are very flexible and welcome every one aged 50+ living in County Durham. The training has had excellent feedback and is a relaxed and fun event with an emphasis on social interaction and rebuilding confidence. It covers a period of 10 hours and can take place in short sessions, half days, or whatever suits you. Get involved and share your views “I have learned about myself. How I do things and how to communicate and listen.” Venue: Newton Hall Community Centre, Ryelands Way, Durham, Dates: 21 & 22 August 2012. Times: 10:00am – 4:00pm.
